Not only does it enhance the taste, but cold water causes your body to burn at least a few more calories. Note: You may prefer drinking Cleanse for Life™ straight, followed by 8 oz. of purified water. Why are B vitamins in Cleanse for Life™?A healthy amount of B vitamins is needed to support your metabolism to break down fats and carbohydrates.
